Dr Emily Prewett

Dr Emily Prewett is a consultant gastroenterologist. They trained as a physician and gastroenterologist at St Vincent's Hospital in Melbourne and then at the Royal Free Hospital in London. They were a primary instigator in setting up the Liver Clinic which manages viral hepatitis at the Geelong Hospital.

Dr Prewett was also instrumental in commencing the provision of ERCP in Geelong. They are involved in teaching medical students and resident staff at Geelong Hospital and have an appointment as a clinical senior lecturer at Deakin University. Dr Prewett provides consultative services in all areas of gastroenterology and performs diagnostic and therapeutic gastroscopy and colonoscopy.
