I felt very comfortable. The staff were professional and helpful. Both surgeon Simon and anaesthesist Jason were wonderful. They made me feel at ease before the surgery.
The consult was informative, thorough and to the point. Everything was explained clearly, and I came away with clarity on what needs to be done moving forward. Based on my past and current experiences with Mr Banting, I can honestly say that I am happy to place my complete trust in his expertise.
Excellent doctor
The procedure was explained in detail which helped me understand the procedure and what to expect. It eased any concerns I had.
Mr Banting is very good at what he does. Only complaint is we travelled a fair distance to see him and he did not turn up. Waited quite a while before his receptionist notified me
It was a telehealth appt. The first thing Dr Banting said was: I don’t know why I’m talking to you. No hello, now how are you, nothing. Call lasted 2 minutes, if that, and I was invoiced $260
My visit was a phone call and I was away on holidays in South Australia so it worked well for me.. I was happy with how that.
I could not have asked for better care ! Simon is so professional and caring towards his patients .
I last saw him at Sale hospital. It is so much easier and appreciate the fact that he was able to see me there. I feel very fortunate to have had him care for me.
