Emma was great. I find the reception staff a bit cold however. I often feel as though I am annoying them when I speak to them on the phone and when clarifying my appointment time (after receiving 3 different confirmation texts) I was treated like I was silly. In the end- they did tell me the wrong thing over the phone even though I asked for clarification more than once, meaning I had to wait 45 mins for my appointment. This was also frustrating as I caught an earlier train from Melbourne and changed school drop off to suit the appointment time I was given over the phone.
