Dr. Doris Tham

Dr Doris Tham is a paediatric emergency medicine physician and general paediatrician based at Sunshine Hospital and the Royal Children's Hospital. She has a particular interest in knowledge translation and parental education and understands the parental worry and concern that comes with caring for a sick child. Dr Tham is highly experienced and has treated families from all across Melbourne. She is driven by the desire to provide the best possible care to children and is passionate about giving high-quality advice to families in their time of need. Dr Tham takes a holistic approach to healthcare and is currently is furthering her studies in Chinese medicine and acupuncture. She is also multilingual, speaking Mandarin, Cantonese, and Malay fluently.

Dr Tham trained at the University of Melbourne before going on to specialise in both paediatric emergency medicine and general paediatrics at the Royal Children's Hospital.
