Dr Trupti Jadhav

Dr Trupti Jadhav is a paediatric neurologist and epileptologist. She founded Children’s Neurology Services in 2023, which is now known as Melbourne
Neurodiagnostics, with a vision to make EEG services accesible for the community. She completed her initial training from India and then the Fellowship of
The Royal Australasian College of Physicians in 2018. Trupti’s extensive training in complex epilepsy spans across Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, London, The Cleveland Clinic Hospital, USA and The Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne. She was Consultant Neurologist at The Royal Children’s Hospital, leading the Ketogenic Diet Unit for Epilepsy, from 2018-2024. She is currently leading the Townsville University Hospital as the sole paediatric neurologist in Far North Queensland, and is working on developing a paediatric neurology unit for children in FNQ. She provides telehealth services for children with neurological problems from all over the country.
Trupti is a compassionate person with a holistic attitude towards the family as a unit. She
believes in integrated care for her patients, and collaborates with allied health
professionals, paediatricians and general practitioners in the community.

Trupti is a member of a number of professional organisations including the Australia and New Zealand Child Neurology Society, the Epilepsy Society of Australia, Australasian Neuromuscular Network, and the International Child Neurology Association. She is also actively involved in research as well as the teaching and supervision of paediatric and neurology trainee medical students.
