A/Prof. Daniel Van Langenberg has managed my ulcerative colitis very well for over 5 years. I have always felt heard and my concerns listened to. He considers your quality of life not just managing symptoms. I'd recommend Dr Langenberg to anyone requiring a gastroenterologist.
Dr Daniel saved my life - he may not know that but he did. I had been misdiagnosed for many years prior by other GIs and was also being mistreated by them. Meeting me only once Dr Daniel came up with an action plan and had me scoped within a week to perform a procedure that fixed a life threatening bowel infection. He also correctly diagnosed and treated inflammatory bowel disease(Crohn’s). He monitors my progress closely and is patient focused, so he listens to my concerns and acts upon them. He goes above and beyond for his patients. Dr Daniel is a phenomenal, kind/caring and professional/skilled specalist and I highly recommend him to all patients seeking GI care.

All my experiences over the years of Prof Van Langenberg's medical care has been very positive. Most recently he diagnosed a new problem accurately and prescribed treatment which immediately made a significant difference. Upon my next visit he adjusted the dose and I have not been troubled by the symptoms since. Thank you, Professor Van Langenberg, for a big quality of life improvement.
I had a very good experience with Prof Daniel Van Langenberg & are looking forward to the next contact . Thanking you Paul B
Daniel is always approachable and easy to speak with. I feel comfortable sharing my health matters with Daniel and appreciate his perception and perspective. His conduct is generally casual but well underpinned by his professionalism.
After being treated by another gastroenterologist for symptoms rather than the cause and ending up in hospital, I decided to seek another opinion. I started being treated by Dr van Langenberg who was very proactive in developing a proper diagnosis of Crohn's disease and helping me get on the right medication that keeps my symptoms under control. I've now been stable for over 10 years thanks to Dr van Langenberg. He has a really lovely bedside manner and I would recommended him to anyone looking for a great gastroenterologist.
