Dr Bernadette Brown

Dr Brown is a knowledgeable and experienced medical practitioner with a diverse background in healthcare. Their medical training began at the University of the Free State in South Africa. They then spent ten years in Christchurch, New Zealand, where their residency resulted in them becoming an Obstetrician Gynaecologist. In 2015, Dr Brown moved to Australia to begin sub-specialty training in Urogynaecology. This field focuses on the female urinary system and pelvic floor, and Dr Brown has developed a strong expertise in managing a wide range of related conditions.

Dr Brown has had the opportunity to work in different hospitals throughout Perth before eventually settling in the Gold Coast. Patients appreciate Dr Brown's compassionate approach and their commitment to providing the highest quality of care.

Outside of their professional life, Dr Brown enjoys spending time with their husband, Guy, and their two children. They keep them on their toes with their inquisitive nature and vibrant energy. Dr Brown cherishes the precious moments spent with their family and finds joy in maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
