The nurses, doctors and receptionists were all lovely. The care was amazing. I didn’t love the wait time but it wasn’t unexpected or unreasonable.

From the very first phone call to book, I was treated with such gentleness and respect. During one of the most vulnerable and heartbreaking times of my life, the team at Gynae Health made me feel safe, heard and completely cared for. The reception and booking process was handled with such discretion and compassion — I never once felt like “just another patient.” My privacy was protected at every single step, which meant more than I can explain. The head nurse was extraordinary. Calm, kind, emotionally intelligent — she held space for me in a way that felt deeply human. The surgical team were professional and reassuring, and the recovery staff were so attentive and warm. Every single person I encountered treated me with dignity. In a moment filled with grief, I felt supported instead of alone. I am so incredibly grateful for the level of care, empathy and professionalism shown throughout my entire experience. Thank you for protecting not just my physical health, but my heart as well. I will never forget the kindness shown to me.

every single person here took incredible care, not only in explaining the procedure and how everything would go, but just in the gentleness and patience they took with me. i initially felt so nervous coming in, but was instantly calmed by everyone here, the most wonderful team and i felt so safe, 100% recommend.
