Dr Andree Wade

Dr Andree Wade is a dedicated and compassionate Paediatrician who provides comprehensive medical care for children from infancy through to adolescence. Based in Toowoomba, Australia, she is deeply committed to working collaboratively with children, their families, and carers, as well as other healthcare providers, to deliver outstanding clinical outcomes. Dr Wade strongly believes in the importance of patient-centred care, actively involving children and young people in decision-making processes regarding their own health and well-being.

With a broad scope of practice, Dr Wade accepts clinic referrals for patients ranging from newborn neonates up to 16 years of age. Her clinical expertise encompasses general paediatric medicine, neonatal care, and adolescent health. She is highly skilled in managing a wide array of childhood conditions, ensuring that each young patient receives personalised and reassuring care. In addition to her clinical consultations, she has admitting rights for children requiring inpatient hospital care, allowing her to provide continuous support during more complex medical journeys.

Dr Wade completed her medical degree, obtaining her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery. She then undertook extensive postgraduate training, completing her general paediatric residency and registrar training across several major regional and tertiary hospitals in Queensland. In 2022, she achieved her specialist qualification, earning her Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians. Committed to the advancement of her field, Dr Wade is actively involved in the education of medical students and the training of future Paediatricians.
