Dr Alison Freeth

Dr Alison Freeth is a dedicated General Paediatrician and Children's Doctor who provides comprehensive medical care for children from birth through to their teenage years. With a reassuring and family-centred approach, she is committed to helping children grow, thrive, and maintain optimal health. Dr Freeth has extensive experience managing a diverse range of medical, developmental, and behavioural presentations in both rural and metropolitan settings.

In her clinical practice, Dr Freeth focuses on delivering holistic care that addresses the unique physical and developmental needs of each child. She strongly believes in building collaborative relationships with families, ensuring that parents and carers are fully supported throughout their child's healthcare journey. Alongside her clinical work, she is deeply passionate about medical education and serves as a Lecturer and Conjoint Fellow, contributing to the training of future medical professionals.

Dr Freeth completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours at the University of New South Wales. She went on to obtain a Diploma in Child Health and completed her specialist paediatric training locally in New South Wales. She is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and holds active memberships with the Neurodevelopmental and Behavioural Paediatric Society of Australasia, as well as the Academy of Clinical Educators.
