Dr Alan Moss is a highly regarded Consultant Gastroenterologist and Interventional Endoscopist who provides comprehensive care for patients experiencing a wide range of digestive health issues. With a reassuring and patient-focused approach, he is dedicated to diagnosing and managing complex gastrointestinal conditions. As a specialist in interventional endoscopy, Dr Moss possesses advanced expertise in performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. His clinical focus includes high-quality gastroscopy and colonoscopy, bowel cancer screening, and the endoscopic removal of large and complex polyps. He is also highly skilled in advanced techniques such as endoscopic ultrasound, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography, and luminal stenting for the oesophagus, stomach, duodenum, and colon. Additionally, he provides expert management for conditions such as inflammatory bowel disease, liver disorders, and functional gut disorders like irritable bowel syndrome and constipation.

Dr Moss completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery with Honours at Monash University, graduating in 2001, and subsequently earned his Doctor of Medicine from the same institution. He undertook advanced fellowship training in interventional endoscopy both nationally and internationally. He holds a Master of Health Management and is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Dr Moss is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians and a Fellow of the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy.
