I really like the welcoming atmosphere of the place. The staff are friendly, professional, proficient and engaging.

Had several issues with anaesthetist, and have discussed with these my surgeon.

My experience was very good however the wait time which was two hours past my original admission time was too long. It impacted other people for example the person picking me up.

I have attended the hospital annually for around 15 years and have never had a negative experience. The staff and facility are professional and accommodating.

I had a difficult time with my preparation, and they realised that I needed to come in early - and they were able to do what had to be done in order for the procedure to be able to go ahead (despite the problems that I had with the preparation) I went in feeling dreadfully unwell and came out feeling much better

I arrived earlier than required due to travelling a long distance and needing to complete bowel prep, but was not kept waiting longer than expected.

Super friendly staff that made the experience so much easier. Nurses and anaesthesiologist was so fantastic with our young son.
