My mum was visiting from South Africa and fractured her hip - Ben was the on call surgeon in Port Macquarie and he was amazing. Put her at ease, spoke her through everything and had a kindness we don’t often find in surgeon. We are forever grateful that Ben was there that day to treat my Mum.
