Ben is clear in his communication and in responding to questions. Offering plenty of useful reading documentation in preparation for surgery. I felt like I was in good hands and was well prepared for the operation. The results speech for themselves, the operation was seamless and ease of recovery an indication of his articulate work.

I was considering the Anterior and Posterior approach and I am 100% percent happy I took Dr Schwarz’s recommendation to go Anterior. I am walking 1000 steps per day and sleeping well on day 8 after surgery. I have completed exercise with Physio on home visits on 2 occasions and the physio has reported very good progress since the operation. I would recommend Dr Schwarz to preform the Anterior hip replacement for anyone who is considering Anterior and Posterior

Complete right knee replacement at end of September 2025. Dr Schwarz's professional manner and care leading up to the surgery was excellent. He provided me with information regarding pre habilitation which gave me an excellent outcome. His communication and post surgery follow ups made what is a difficult surgery recovery much easier. I am returning for left knee replacement surgery in May 2026 and feel more than confident in a successful outcome under his care.

This is my second hip replacement. The first, in 2024, was for the right hip via a posterior entry with a different surgeon . The surgery was great, the recovery was quick and my experience was terrific. This surgery with Dr Schwarz was for the left hip via an anterior entry. The experience with Dr Schwarz before and after the surgery was excellent and the recovery has been incredible so far, an even better outcome than the previous surgery in terms of ability to return home, function of the new hip, recovery from the surgery and pain levels.

From the receptionist on, the whole procedure was easy. Rachel very helpful and the doc very easy to talk to,explained everything well so I could understand the reasons why we doing what we were. His friendly manner put me at ease immediately and totally professional so I had no qualms or questions about my knee.

For clarity, Ben helped me with a lateral release procedure, ablation therapy and general clean-up / arthroscopy for my left knee resulting from wear and tear / patella Alta / grade 4 chondral wear.
