From my very first contact with Dr Kent, I felt very comfortable as did my husband. His explanation of the procedure (robotic hysterectomy) was thorough and reassuring. All of our questions were answered carefully and thoughtfully, I never felt like I was rushed. My recovery was exceptional and I was amazed at how well I felt just a day after. I am now 6 weeks post surgery and back to regular life, pain free! Dr Kent's receptionist Clare is also wonderful and made organizing the procedure from 500 kilometres away so easy! Everything was coordinated to minimize our travel (scans & tests) Thank you Dr Kuswanto & Clare!

Very friendly and welcoming, I felt I needed more explanation on certain things and total honesty for my situation and follow up from his nurses would be nice too.

Dr Stephen guided my family through our last trimester with a wonderful balance of empathy and expertise. His manner made us feel safe, well-informed, assured and supported throughout. I can’t thank him and his team enough for the care provided to us.
