My consultation with Alex felt rushed and there was little empathy for my symptoms. Alex’s consent process wasn’t professional. He did not explain procedures very well and was unable to provide or consider alternative options. The cost of consulting an expert should include a proper explanation, but Alex relied on a leaflet instead.

We saw Alex for out first pregnancy and went through our first round of IVF with him. Alex was clear and concise in his plan and very upfront, which we liked and we found this really beneficial for our circumstances. He had a clear plan with us from the start and with this being our first time going through IVF we felt comfortable putting our trust in him. He was reassuring throughout the process and through his care and expert knowledge we have fallen pregnant on our first round of IVF and couldn't be happier. We will definitely be planning to see him again in the future when we are ready to expand our family.

I have nothing but good things to say about Alex. After seeing two other IVF specialists which I was not 100% with I came across Alex as he was a fill in for an embryo transfer for another doctor. He is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. He was happy to answer any questions and was very honest. He also personally called a few times when required to talk through test results which I didn't have with my previous doctors. He is hands on which is not common in the IVF industry. He put in the work to find out what was wrong with me which my previous doctors did not take the time to do. A kind doctor which I would recommend to anyone in a heart beat.

Your trust is our top concern, so providers can't pay to alter or remove reviews.
