Mr William Lynn

Mr. William Lynn qualified from the University of London in 2006, graduating with distinction. He completed his Core Surgical Training in the East of England before undertaking the North East Thames Higher Surgical rotation. Mr. Lynn then pursued further post-CCT training in bariatric surgery at The Homerton Hospital. He has been a Consultant Upper Gastrointestinal and Bariatric Surgeon at Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust since 2020, where he also serves as the lead for Clinical Governance.

Mr. Lynn has a specialist interest in laparoscopic and benign upper gastrointestinal surgery, as well as bariatric surgery. He has made significant contributions to the field, publishing multiple papers and articles on bariatric and general surgery, and authoring several book chapters. His work has focused on robotic and minimally invasive surgery, with a commitment to improving patient outcomes through cutting-edge techniques.

Throughout his career, Mr. Lynn has consistently focused on advancing the field of bariatric surgery, while maintaining a strong commitment to both general and upper gastrointestinal surgery.
