My last visit was excellent, especially regarding all aspects of Dr. William Eysenck's treatment.
Procedure very well explained in advance and well looked after on the day.
The overall experience from the ward team and surgical team and Dr Eysneck was excellent and felt I was in good hands. Time was afforded when needed and everything explained very well throughout the period. A full explanation for aftercare and information that I needed was completed in a very professional manner.
Went in for atrial fibrillation ablation procedure. Couldn't have gone better went in slightly late but whole procedure was very smooth. I felt fully informed of what was going on and in safe hands all the way through. Came out the other side with very little pain or discomfort and feel very confident that this procedure will be a success, even though I am aware and have been informed that it's around 70-80% in reality. Overall can't fault Dr. Eysenk at all
I am pleased to finally have someone who will stop mid-stream and listen to the only one who really understands what is going on with their body, The patient, and then having gleaned that information slots it In to present a move complete picture.

Dr .William Eysenck and his team did an excellent job. I was feeling a bit nervous and they all assured me it would be ok and it was .The communication between the Dr and his team was excellent.
I had to wait a very long time for my procedure to happen, but when it did, everyone was very kind and professional.
