I gave Dr Sawhney 5 stars for her 'bedside manner' though I was of course an out patient. But in every way the experience was 'excellent'. I was seen on time. Dr Sawhney was very understanding, helpful and reassuring and I was grateful to be seen so quickly and efficiently.

She could not have been kinder, clearer or more informative. I was nervous going into the telephone consultation but she had read all my notes, was on top of all that had recently happened to me and offered informed solutions that allowed me to look beyond the this immediate crisis with a calmer frame of mind.

I have found Dr Sawhney to be professional, structured and supportive in her approach. At our first meeting she asked me good questions and then went on to explain my procedure in a way that was both clear and reassuring. That same manner also came across clearly on the day of my procedure where she was also calm and measured when briefing me on what exactly was going to be done. As a patient I found this to be very helpful.
