Quite simply "off the chart " ....EXCELLENT Dr Cheung makes talking about generally taboo bodily functions so easy and relaxed. He has complete knowledge of the case history despite occasional consultations. He offers comprehensive whole person assessment and treatment plan. The consultation today is very generous in time so that I have had a proper opportunity to discuss all concerns. Dr Cheung adds that extra magical ingredient to medical care which is first class interpersonal communication. I'm left feeling very secure about getting the best treatment available and SO very fortunate to looked after by this particular doctor because he cares completely. MY THANKS!

Dr Cheung is very personable and quickly gets to the problem. He explains in simple language and listens. Over last Christmas holiday I was overseas and experiencing a 'crisis' episode which I thought may necessitate an early return to UK, he very kindly facetime called one evening and discussed the situation, prescribed new medication and protocol, and the 'crisis' was averted. Avoiding a trip back to UK (when I was feeling very ill) and also giving me at short notice an evening call over the holiday period when most offices were closed, I was and am very grateful.

Dr Cheung is today what our medical care used to be and it is faultless. Dr Cheung spends time explaining and planning so that I,as the patient, feel that I am being treated as an individual and not as a number who has only so many minutes allocated to me.

I had an endoscopy with Dr Cheung which resulted in a diagnosis of cancer of the upper oesaphagos but he was so very compassionate and kind , he really helped me come to terms with my condition and I was placed in care of the oncology department. He continued to phone me with results of my tests and was so helpful which gave me confidence to continue with my treatment. I have now finished my courses in chemotherapy and radiology and am hopefully , on the road to recovery. Dr Cheung is an exceptional doctor and I was lucky to be under his care.
