Dr. Veronica McBurnie

Dr. Veronica McBurnie is a dedicated Family GP and Specialist in Integrative Medicine, serving patients with compassionate care and a holistic approach to health and well-being. A proud native of Glasgow, she received her medical education from Glasgow University Medical School.

With over 30 years of experience in the NHS, Dr. McBurnie has worked tirelessly to provide high-quality healthcare to her patients. She spent over a decade as a GP principal in Springburn, maintaining links to the Medical School where she continues to serve as an honorary Senior Lecturer. Additionally, she has had the privilege of working as part of a family team in the Shetland Isles and the Central belt of Scotland.

Dr. McBurnie has explored various areas of integrative medicine, including homeopathy, energy medicine, DNA, and the gut microbiome. Recently, she completed an Applied Functional Medicine Mentoring Programme in London, expanding her expertise in this evolving field.

Driven by her belief in personalised care, Dr. McBurnie founded Westbourne Medical Studios to create a nurturing environment where patients can receive comprehensive healthcare. At Westbourne Medical Studios, patients have access to a range of services, including private GP consultations, integrative medicine appointments, VA Aquera treatments, energy medicine sessions, and singing health therapies.
