I contacted Dr Chris on behalf of my Mother who'd recently had a worrying diagnosis, and we were struggling a bit with wait times on the NHS. He was incredibly prompt at responding to us and addressing our concerns, and once we'd agreed to go down the route of a private CT scan we had the scan done within 2 days. Being able to get answers so quickly, without the waiting around for weeks and having things play on your mind, is absolutely priceless. This is the second time we've used CAS Medical and Dr Chris, and it was the same excellent service again. Transparent, prompt, straightforward, and just a load off our shoulders.

I was very impressed by how Chris listened to my symptoms and understood exactly what I had been relaying to him. His diagnosis was very assured and I was very reassured that I was in the care of an exceptional professional. I have previously consulted him on a different matter and the speed of results from tests and access to further scans etc was swiftly organised.

Dr Chris went out of his way to see me when I urgently required help. He immediately puts you at ease with his calm, professional manner. He took his time to ensure he fully understood my concerns and offered invaluable advice and help taking into account my complex history.

I have seen Dr Chris a few times now and it is the best experience I have had with any GP. From the start I felt relaxed, I was listened to, not judged and made to feel like things were in my head. I felt comfortable to ask questions and not made to feel silly. He takes the time to explain everything to you and doesn't rush you. It has definitely restored my faith in going to the doctor because it normally gives me so much anxiety and I normally come away feeling upset but I have never once felt like this with Dr Chris. I feel I have got further in the last year than I have for years with my own GP practice. I would highly recommend if you need an appointment with a GP to use Dr Chris at CAS Medical he really does provide an overall excellent service.

Very pleased. Appointment made quickly and follow up treatment should I hope be equally as good. A very nice doctor, who obviously cares about the people he sees.

Had a visit recently pre-christmas for a TSW flare up. Doctor was extremely kind, took all my concerns on board and didn't push me into using any medication I didn't want to. Went away with a prescription for medication I was happy to use and am feeling much better. Would use again if it was required.
