I made the appointment with Dr Chris and was seen the same week. He is very approachable and quickly relieved my anxiety about an unusual skin condition that had recently appeared. His obvious confidence and certainty was very reassuring. I was prescribed the necessary cream and my condition resolved in a few days.

The doctor was very professional and made me feel at ease! Lovely welcoming environment and wouldn't hesitate to use the service again.

I had a skin condition that I wished Dr Socklingham to examine. It was easy to make the appointment with him in quick time. He examined the condition and was very positive with his diagnosis. The whole experience was very reassuring and professional carried out very quickly. I was reassured by his quiet approach and he responded very helpfully with my questions. I would have no hesitation in using his professional services again as the ease of access to him and rapid diagnosis is not only very efficient but is reassuring.

I contacted Dr Chris on behalf of my Mother who'd recently had a worrying diagnosis, and we were struggling a bit with wait times on the NHS. He was incredibly prompt at responding to us and addressing our concerns, and once we'd agreed to go down the route of a private CT scan we had the scan done within 2 days. Being able to get answers so quickly, without the waiting around for weeks and having things play on your mind, is absolutely priceless. This is the second time we've used CAS Medical and Dr Chris, and it was the same excellent service again. Transparent, prompt, straightforward, and just a load off our shoulders.
