From the minute I entered the practice Dr Oates was very welcoming and made me feel at ease. Having had a bad experience with my current NHS GP, Dr Oates couldn't be further from that! He genuinely took an interest in why I was there to see him and ran through all my options with me. I couldn't be happier with the service provided and will recommend him to friends and family.
I visited the clinic today with my elderly mother who is experiencing a number of health concerns. Dr Oates was kind professional and extremely thorough during the consultation. He made my mum feel very comfortable and explained everything very well. We now have a plan in place to move forward and feel more positive. We would definitely use the clinic in the future and would 100% recommend to others.
After a few painful days of back pain and not having a GP local to me, I was recommended Dr Matthew by a friend. I was able to get in the same day. The appointment was absolutely no rush, very thorough and Dr Matthew was very knowledgeable and explored all of my concerns - with a plan set in place for next steps. Would highly recommend to anybody in the same situation.
