Todd Nelson is an experienced physiotherapist originally from Australia, who has also practised in England. With a background in both public hospitals and private practice, Todd has gained a broad expertise across various units, including musculoskeletal, hand therapy, and fracture clinics. He has worked at major trauma hospitals in Sydney and Guy’s and St Thomas’s in England, providing care to patients with diverse needs. 

Todd's professional interests lie in helping individuals of all backgrounds, from office workers to elite athletes, understand and manage their pain effectively. He is passionate about utilising Strength and Conditioning principles to not only resolve pain but also to enhance performance and prevent future injuries.

Having played football at an elite level himself, Todd has a deep understanding of sports-related injuries and enjoys working with athletes to help them return to their regular activities or sport. 

Currently, Todd serves as an Academy Physiotherapist for Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, where he applies his expertise to support athletes in achieving their optimal performance. With a strong commitment to ongoing learning and development, Todd continues to refine his skills to provide the best possible care to his patients.
