The telephone call came within the arranged times ( a little before the actual time set, which suited me well.) I was able to discuss the echocardiogram results which I received a while ago, and given a clear commentary on them, and reassurance about future plans for future checks that would be made, and told theseplans would be shared with my GP Dr Kaier' s manners was pleasañt and he listened to me as well as giving me clear explanations ,

Would have preferred face to face appt due to my poor hearing. But the telephone appt was very good. Dr Kair was very attentive & listened to me describing my symptoms & questions throughout. Was also very good at explaining potential causes, solutions & next steps.

Everything explained perfectly. Cannot fault this doctor.

Have a history of atrial fibulation and palpitations was looking for a referral to the cardiologist dr Thomas was very helpful in sending me on to where I am needed and was very good at listening to what was wrong and helpful
