I was concerned about a phone call, but Dr Kaier explained everything very well.
Dr Kaier phoned me exactly on time as arranged. His questions were clear and he listened well to my answers. He explained things well and put me at ease. He seemed to understand why I was keen to have the test as soon as possible. I found the phone call very helpful.
I have a very good first impression of the facilities and the doctors. I left the place with more knowledge about my issue and feel that it was properly addressed.
Consultation review ince my episode and after asking questions was reassured that the doctor was happy for me to continue on my current medication and explained the risk factors associated with intervention surgery against the possible outcome and I was happy with this and to contact him through his secretary if I have further symptoms.
Phone conversation with Dr Kaier was extremely professional and kindly listened to my concerns regarding my cardiovascular issues earlier this year. We agreed that my current course of actions seem to be the best with the on going issues I experience from time to time completely at random. I try and carry a GTN spray at all times and attend two cardio classes per week along with other activities to keep active.
