My recent appointments with Dr Erblich were honestly some of the best experiences I've had with a doctor. I felt that he genuinely listened to me and took the time to understand not only my symptoms, bur the wider history and context surrounding them. His bedside manner was exceptional. He was kind, approachable and reassuring. I an neurodiverse and have a tendency to go off on tangents and talk a lot, bur I never felt rushed or that my concerns were being dismissed. He explained things clearly and in a way that I could understand, while also being completely honest about what was known, what was uncertain and what needed further investigation. What stood out to me most was his communication. I have never felt so well informed and involved in my own care following an appointment with a doctor. He listened to my thoughts and questions, took them seriously, and explained his reasoning rather than simply telling me what would or wouldn't happen next. I came away feeling that we were working together to get to the bottom of things. After a long and difficult diagnostic journey, being treated with this level of compassion, respect and professionalism made a huge difference. So often patients are left feeling rushed, lost, or like they've been left out of the process. But that could not be further from what I experienced with Dr Erblich. I left my appointments feeling heard, taken seriously and reassured that my concerns were being properly investigated. I genuinely could not recommend Dr Erblich highly enough.

Dr. Erblich has always been very friendly and professional and he has helped me so much on my journey with AIHA he is a credit to Queen Elizabeth Hospital, I have always been treated with respect by all the staff since I have been in and out of the hospital.

I felt Dr Erblinch listened to my concerns and was able to reassure me.He also informed about my recent blood results and the choices I can make with regard to my current maintenance medication. He has a very pleasant manner and I feel totally relaxed asking any questions I have relating to my condition.Knowing that he will answer and explain to me so that I will understand
