Dr Sunil Nadar

Dr Sunil Nadar is a Consultant Cardiologist at The Vesey Private Hospital specialising in Interventional Cardiology and Preventive Cardiology. He completed his medical degree a the University of Madras, India in 1990 before relocating to the UK. Following his training, he was awarded his Membership with the Royal College of Physicians. In 2016, he became a Fellow of the European Society of Cardiology.

Dr Nadar was appointed as a Consultant at the Heart of England NHS Foundation Trust in 2009, where he practiced until 2014. In 2014, he began practicing as a Senior Consultant Cardiologist at Sultan Qaboos University Hospital in Oman. In 2022, he joined the Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust.

Dr Nadar has specialist expertise in hypertension, atrial fibrillation, heart failure, pacemakers, coronary angiography and cardiac catheterisation.

Alongside his clinical work, Dr Nadar is a Co-Editor for the Journal of Human Hypertension, a Nature Springer Publishing Group, which he has been doing since 2012.
