My mum had been struggling with severe hip pain for a long time, to the point where she could barely walk. After being referred by her GP, she attended the hospital where she was told her hip wasn’t bad enough for a full hip replacement, but she would benefit from a cortisone injection. She went ahead with the injection on the NHS, but unfortunately it was an extremely traumatic experience. She described it as the most painful procedure she has ever had, and she has always had a very high pain threshold. We’re so grateful that she agreed. Dr Agarwal was absolutely outstanding. Throughout the procedure he explained every step, checking that Mum was comfortable, and made sure she always knew what was happening. Mum said the injection was uncomfortable, as expected, but it was completely manageable and nothing like the unbearable pain she had experienced previously. The results have been incredible. Mum ...

I had a hip replacement on the 9th May 2026, and from start to finish it was amazing. Everyone I met introduced themselves and explained what was happening. Nothing was too much trouble and I felt very safe and looked after. Mr Agarwal is an extremely professional but friendly man who has alot of patience.
