Dr Viegas listened to how I was feeling and let me explain everything. He then explained what tests we were going to do and made sure I felt at ease about them. Following the tests he explained what he thought was going on and what treatment he would recommend. All in all I felt heard and left with a treatment plan. Thank you

I was very impressed with Dr. Viegas’ professionalism and care. His calm and empathetic demeanour immediately put me at ease and made me feel truly heard and understood. The time spent during the consultation was extremely valuable — especially as we travelled from outside London to seek his expertise. Dr. Viegas took the time to review my case thoroughly, connecting the dots between my past investigations and the in-person tests we did on the day. I also appreciated how he recommended clear next steps with an appropriate sense of urgency, which is very important given my condition. I was also reassured to learn that he would be happy to see me at his NHS clinic at Charing Cross Hospital. It means a lot, especially as he is the first specialist neurologist I’ve seen in the UK who has taken such a comprehensive and thoughtful approach. The reception team were kind, welcoming, and very helpful throughout. Overall, the entire experience was excellent and I left feeling confident and well cared for.

Great doctor with a really nice approach. I visited recently dr Viegas for some strange headaches that I had. He explained to me the procedure that he will follow and what the next steps would be. After a detailed exam, covering different aspects, he told what the possible causes could be but he recommended MRI and blood test to check all possibilities. Follow up meeting was also great as he told me from the beginning what the outcome was and answered to all my questions

He wasted no time assuaging my fears, walking me through the best course of tests and treatment, and organising next steps for a diagnosis.
