Dr Soumendu Manna is a dedicated Consultant Paediatrician specialising in paediatric intensive care medicine. He is committed to providing compassionate, high-quality clinical care to infants, children, and young people facing critical health conditions. Overseeing the planning and delivery of medical care across a broad spectrum of paediatric subspecialties, Dr Manna works closely with multi-professional healthcare teams to ensure every young patient receives personalised, evidence-based treatment.

With an extensive clinical focus on paediatric critical care and emergency medicine, Dr Manna manages complex medical conditions, acute organ support, mechanical ventilation, and critical care management. Beyond his direct clinical work, he plays an active role in clinical governance, quality improvement, and research within paediatric intensive care. He is also passionate about medical education and workforce development, having led training initiatives and supported the development of Physician Assistants and medical trainees in critical care environments.

Dr Manna earned his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Paediatrics and holds a Diploma in Child Health (DCH). He is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians and a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health, demonstrating his ongoing dedication to maintaining the highest professional standards in child healthcare.
