I am a UK based Professional Psychotherapist, accredited EMDR therapist, Counsellor and Life Coach with over 33 years experience of working with individuals and organisations including the Health service, Occupational health departments, social services, universities, employee assistance programmes and in Private Practice.

My own interest in personal development began in the late 80s. Recognising that life transformations were really achievable led me to explore and develop new ways to help others create positive life changes.

Everyone is unique, and I firmly believe there is no textbook formula or method that will work for every person instead, I tailor my approach to the individual .

I offer individual work remotely online throught the UK, some of my clients are based abroad. I also offer some in person sessions in nottingham NG9 7JH for Psychotherapy and EMDR.

I passionately believe that, with the right support and with the right "tools", anybody can change their life for the better on all levels: mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual.

It is possible to achieve new levels of awareness and create lasting positive changes that will make a real difference to your life and often the bigger the challenge faced, the more profound the opportunity for transformation and in some cases, this can happen more quickly than imagined.

I have a particular interest and experience in working with anxiety, trauma and those experiencing health challenges or are adjusting to disability.
