Simon has always taken additional time and care with me to work through my phobia. His patience and empathy have enabled me to feel safe and trust that nothing bad will happen, which in turn has enabled me to have essential work done. His work is gentle, effective, and thorough. I never feel confused or rushed and have never been made to feel ashamed for the condition of my teeth, despite the fact that they are less than fantastic. He has truly changed my experience with going to the dentist!
