Dr Pearse and team were thoroughly professional and helpful in getting my Mother seen and assessed in rapid time. We were very grateful for their kind and unhurried approach and care to answer my Mother's questions and allay her worries.
I am very grateful for the excellent care provided to me by Dr Simon Pearse.
I saw Dr. Simon Pearse for investigation of an intermittently irregular heart beat and a potentially prolonged QTc interval on an ECG. He has a friendly manner and is very approachable. He answered my questions clearly and explained the likely diagnosis based on my symptoms and tests. Further investigations (24 hr tape) were organised v speedily. The results were communicated quickly and Dr. Pearse gave me a clear management plan. I was very happy with all aspects of the consultation. The cardiac nurse gave me clear instructions about the 24 hr tape and the reception staff were v helpful.
Whilst I don't remember saying I have memory issues, clearly if this is mentioned that maybe I do but am trying to not think about it as the stress would have a negative effect. That aside, Dr. Pearse, when I turned up at the Hospital and said who I was seeing those on reception all said what a great Doctor he is, I totally agree, he is clearly liked and respected by those who he works with so I can only add that he was interested in my concerns and promptly sorted out the various investigations which made sense, as much to see, or rule out what the issue could be. Trust in the professional, in any aspect of life is important, based on what has happened so far, I am impressed.
Throughout my dealings with Dr Simon Pearse, I found him not only throughly professional but also friendly, engaging and very clear in his explanation about my condition and the proposed treatment.
I am very grateful to Dr Simon Pearse for all his professional help in the implanting of my pacemaker and new atrial lead. I could not have asked for better handling of the whole procedure including his willing support throughout it all.
My experience with Dr. Pearse was reassuring. He undertook thorough tests clearly explaining each part of the process. During each consultation, he took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. He has a very calm manner and my whole experience was very positive.
