Mr Siddek Isreb

Recently had Gallbladder Surgery. All Staff were very friendly and professional. Brilliant bed side manner with patients.

He was very funny and answered all questions

I attended for an endoscopy at team Valley Mr Siddek Isreb did my procedure. I was petrified and I mean petrified !! Being a nurse myself, sometimes I think we can make the worst patients. ALL I can say was the 5 stars iv given isn't enough . Everyone involved was amazing from start to finish including the reception staff. The nurse who did my triage was lovely put me at ease .she fully explained the procedure and assured me she would ask the consultant if I could have sedation . I was told how to breathe ,to make the procedure more bearable . I met Mr ISreb prior . He had a lovely bedside manner, Explained and clarified everything what would happen. To be honest I just wanted it over! The nurses who assisted him were also amazing and reassured me through every step. I was given throat spray which in all honesty wasn't as bad as anticipated Had a mouth guard applied and Mr ISreb gave me both midazolam and fentanyl for pain and sedation . Well what can I say ,I remembered nothing and didn't even have a sore throat following? Because they said I listened to their instructions throughout ? Don't even remember thst tbh . My husband picked me up but the receptionist kindly walked me to the car . The next day I contacted the unit as I was overwhelmed with how kind and professional every one was . Once again ,I carnt thank the team enough and to top the lot I have a clean bill of health from my endoscopy I attended my follow-up today and again I was greeted with a smile and Full report from Mr ISreb . So all in all congratulations to you all . U are all amazing Thankyou ...

Mr Isreb explained the procedure very clearly using images on his phone to explain in more detail. He was very professional whilst keeping me at ease allowing time to ask any questions throughout the consultation.

I visited to have gallbladder removal surgery. All the staff including the surgeon have been amazing from start to finish. So polite, kind and very caring. Couldn't ask for anymore.

I recently had a gallbladder operation From Staton to go in I felt that ease all the time and the consultant made me feel so comfortable and took me worries away and the operation itself was went really well so pleased with getting getting surgery over with and thank you so much

The doctor Spent time to explain what he and his team would need to do to help with my ongoing issues He showed patience with my question and put me at ease Explaining exactly what the upcoming procedure would mean

The doctor was friendly and approachable and explained clearly what happened, and what were my options. He addressed any concerns I had about the operation and I was very happy with the explanations.

Mr Isreb was very professional and put me at ease straight away. He explained in detail about my gallbladder and asked if I had any questions
