About Dr. Shane Patel
Dr Shane Patel is a principal dentist at Quality Dental. He offers general dentistry services and has a special interest in implant and cosmetic dentistry. Dr Patel gained his initial BDS qualification from St. Bart's and the London School of medicine and dentistry before working in private practice in Australia. During this time, he was able to develop his cosmetic dentistry skills and developed a passion for implant dentistry. Upon his return to the UK, he undertook a post-graduate diploma in implant dentistry at the University of Bristol, broadening his skillset and professional portfolio. Since then, he has undertaken a number of postgraduate courses to further enhance his skills. He is an Invisalign provider and is able to treat patients with crooked teeth without the requirement for conventional braces.
In addition to his clinical work, he is a passionate educator and is also involved in the education of trainee dentists at the London Deanery.
Outside of the dental practice, his hobbies include cricket and football, as well as spending time with his friends and family.

I came to get my dental post checked, which was a quick process. Shane was also helpful in identifying another issue which I will be mentioning to my NHS dentist. He also sent me the X-ray he took in case it is of use to my NHS dentist. Much appreciated!
