Very welcoming; pleasing atmosphere but could do with providing water in the waiting area. It was a very hot day when I attended and although the practice is air conditioned and well ventilated providing water would be a help.
Thank you for the great review and for highlighting our welcoming atmosphere! I understand your suggestion about providing water in the waiting area, especially on a hot day. It’s a great idea, and we’ll look into getting that sorted for future visits. We look forward to seeing you next time.
