Danni was very friendly and enthusiastic, and quickly understood what my issue was. She had lots of ideas on how to resolve it, and helpfully demonstrated how to perform each exercise properly. She had new ideas each week on how to develop the exercises to continue my recovery and within only a couple of months I saw a huge improvement. I'm now almost at the point of returning to playing sports.

I've recently had physiotherapy treatment with John, and would highly recommend his services. I injured my back during a deadlift in my powerlifting competition and immediately felt a lot of pain which worried me as to how long I'd be out of not only my sport but also my work as a Firefighter. John assessed my back, told me what he thought I'd done and provided massage therapy over a few weeks. He also gave me exercises to do at home, and just over a month later I'm back to around 70% of my pre-injury lifting capability, which is far more than I expected at this stage. My confidence is high that I'll soon be back to competing and at full strength.

Back Pain

I would like to thank Jo-Anne for her empathy, kindness and expertise during my recent visits. I felt very listened to and the massage treatment  has greatly improved the muscle tightness I was experiencing.  I couldn't have asked for better care.

Jack is amazing. After a thorough assessment, not only did he give me the plan to get better, but also explained clearly what was going on, how long it would take and what can be done to help. Not only is Jack very good at what he does, there was no attempt to upsell loads of sessions to me, no big promises but instead a clear and realistic expectation of what my rehab would look like. This right away made me trust Jack and his judgement, and I cannot thank him enough for all his help.
