Sarah is a women’s health specialist in London with over 15 years of experience, combining osteopathy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, acupuncture, and midwifery to provide holistic, patient-centred care. She supports women through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and ongoing pelvic health challenges, addressing both physical and emotional wellbeing.

Sarah’s approach integrates conventional and complementary therapies to promote optimal function, recovery, and empowerment. She has worked across NHS and private settings, and internationally with MEET International, improving maternal and neonatal outcomes through collaborative care.

Qualified in Osteopathy, Pelvic Health, Acupuncture, Perineology, and Hypnotherapy, Sarah is fluent in English and French, has basic conversational skills in Arabic and German, and enjoys playing the violin in charitable orchestras across Europe.
