Ms Ruth B

Ruth B. is a compassionate and dedicated individual whose extensive experience caring for her elderly parents has ignited her passion for supporting others as a companion. Over the past 20 years, she has provided care and assistance to her parents through various stages of illness, serving as a source of comfort and support. 

Recently, Ruth completed a foundation degree in Health and Social Care achieving High Distinction, equivalent to Level 5 qualification. Her academic background, coupled with her firsthand caregiving experience, positions her as a highly skilled and knowledgeable caregiver.

With a warm and outgoing personality, Ruth excels in building meaningful connections with her clients. She is an attentive listener, empathetic in her approach, and genuinely committed to making a positive difference in people's lives. Ruth specialises in befriending and supporting lonely and vulnerable adults, tailoring her care to meet their individual needs and preferences. 

Equipped with a wheelchair-accessible van, Ruth facilitates outings for social, medical, and other appointments, promoting independence and enriching her clients' lives with positive experiences. She fosters an environment of independence and positivity, empowering her clients to live life to the fullest despite any challenges they may face.

Ruth's expertise extends to providing specialised care for conditions such as COPD, stroke, Parkinson's disease, autism spectrum disorder, mental health issues, and anxiety. She has also completed her level 4/5 NVQ/QCF qualification.
