From my very first interaction through their website to every conversation I've had with members of the team, the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. Every single person I've dealt with, from the initial enquiries team through to the clinicians responsible for diagnosis, prescribing and reviewing my treatment, has demonstrated a genuine level of care, professionalism and commitment that has far exceeded my expectations. One thing that has particularly stood out is their communication and accessibility. They are incredibly easy to get hold of, always return calls, respond promptly to enquiries and take the time to explain everything clearly. At no point have I felt left in the dark or unsure about the next steps in the process. What has impressed me most is how genuinely caring and understanding everyone has been towards my personal circumstances. Rather than feeling like just another patient going through a process, I've felt listened to, supported and treated as an individual. The team have gone above and beyond to work with me and find the best possible outcome for my situation. I've now started my first course of ADHD medication and have already noticed improvements, even on a very low starting dose. Extremely quick service. Had my first & second assessment and my diagnosis in under a week. The phone call with my diagnosis was only 1 minute long. My full report came the following day and was useful but felt as though my diagnosis was dumped and then left. Would’ve really liked guidance after my diagnosis of help I could receive, places I could get advice from etc. Have felt slightly lost since.

I was very nervous but reassured with immense warmth and kindness. I was treated with total respect and understanding and felt listened to throughout. This was a very positive experience handled with care and commitment. An excellent experience.
