Dr Russell Franks is a Consultant Cardiologist based in Oxford at the John Radcliffe Hospital. He has extensive experience in all aspects of general cardiology, including the assessment and management of chest pain, angina, breathlessness, palpitations, dizziness, and high blood pressure. I attended Dr Franks clinic following a phone conversation with him some two weeks earlier. My wife accompanied me at the appt. I always find Dr Franks very attentive and thorough. He asks lots of questions and then explains fully his prognosis and how to move forward with his plan. He leaves one with confidence, satisfaction and understanding of the process.
