Dr Ruchi Sinha

Dr Ruchi Sinha is a dedicated Consultant Paediatric Intensivist and Paediatrician who specialises in providing comprehensive critical care for infants, children, and young people. With a patient-centred and compassionate approach, Dr Sinha focuses on delivering life-saving treatment and advanced clinical support to young patients facing severe, acute, or complex medical conditions.

Dr Sinha earned her primary medical qualification, the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB), from the University of Manchester. She subsequently completed her specialist postgraduate training in paediatrics and paediatric intensive care medicine in Birmingham and London. A respected Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH), Dr Sinha maintains a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and ongoing medical education.

Her clinical interests encompass a wide range of paediatric critical care disciplines, with particular expertise in paediatric infectious diseases, including high-consequence infectious diseases. Dr Sinha is also deeply involved in clinical risk management, governance, and system planning to ensure the highest standards of care for critically ill children. Additionally, she actively contributes to clinical simulation and paediatric outreach initiatives to enhance emergency preparedness and improve outcomes for young patients.
