Dr Roy Jogiya is a Consultant Cardiologist specialising in heart rhythm disorders and imaging. He works predominantly between New Victoria Hospital and Kingston Hospital but also performs more specialist procedures at other Clinics in the area.
Trained in all aspects of cardiology, Dr. Jogiya has built considerable experience within the NHS system. He studied at Imperial College and graduated with Honours in Cardiovascular Science (BSc) and Medicine (MBBS). He has extensive training and was at a number of prestigious cardiac centres including the Royal Brompton, Yale New Haven Hospital, Imperial NHS Trust and St Georges Hospital, during which he gained a PgDip in Medical Law and Ethics. He received a prestigious British Heart Foundation Fellowship and undertook his PhD in Cardiac MRI at Kings College London.
Dr. Jogiya takes pride in a patient-centred and holistic approach to care which is in line with contemporary evidence-based research. He understands the need for to treat his patients as whole individuals, rather than just focusing solely on symptoms.
Dr. Jogiya has successfully published a number of important papers and presented his works internationally.
