Dr Rohan Munir

Dr Rohan Munir is a Consultant Radiologist with a specialised focus on ultrasound imaging and image-guided therapeutic interventions. He began his medical education at the University of St Andrews, where he earned his Bachelors with Honours in Medicine, before completing his MBChB at the University of Manchester in 2014. He later returned to Scotland to complete his academic foundation training and specialist clinical radiology trainmen in the south east of Scotland. 

Currently serving as a Consultant Radiologist within NHS Lanarkshire, Dr Munir possesses extensive expertise in the interpretation of a wide range of diagnostic modalities, including X-rays, CT, MRI, and ultrasound. He has expertise in musculoskeletal imaging as well as the treatment of musculoskeletal conditions using ultrasound targeted therapies under image guidance. 

He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and maintains an active role in the professional radiology community. He is a member of several medical societies including the British Society of Skeletal Radiologists where he stays up to date with the latest advancements in the field.
