As a former Matron, who started nursing in 1987, I've seen a lot. I can therefore identify the clinical excellence, professionalism, and kindness shown by Mr Robert Thomas. I have total confidence in him. From the first appointment to last week's review, I could not ask for anything more. His approah, overall, was key to me getting through a rough few months. I will be forever grateful for his clinical care, Keep doing what you do.

To keep things clear and in perspective he used plain language and very useful diagrams to explain what was wrong and how he was going to manage it. Mr Thomas has been absolutely fantastic. I was very apprehensive although certain of my choice for elective surgery - he took any fear or trepidation I might have been feeling after initial meetings and I felt I was in safe hands from the very beginning. I found his manner to be friendly, approachable but at all times professional. In terms of the result of my surgery, I am very happy with the result and from what has been a difficult time for family and myself, Mr Thomas has provided a result that I can be happy to live with despite the obvious loss.
