Mr Rikki Mistry is professional, reassuring, and pleasant in his interactions with patients. He explains conditions thoroughly, ensuring patients understand procedures and providing attentive care with clear aftercare guidance. Patients consistently report excellent surgical outcomes, often highlighting neat scars and significant pain relief following their treatments. The most praised treatments include a range of hand surgery procedures and carpal tunnel decompression.
I had a CMC titanium thumb joint replacement. I saw Mr Mistry for a consultation initially and he gave me sound advice and explained the procedure and the process and options and pros and cons clearly. He had a very good bedside manner and was very pleasant. The procedure itself went very well on the day and felt straightforward and seamless. In fact the procedure requires considerable skill and was expertly carried out by Mr Mistry and his team. The healing was very good and uneventful and I required very little in the way of pain relief. I use my hands for my own job and have been able to return to work earlier than expected. The follow up has been excellent from the whole team and I am very grateful and pleased with the expertise of Mr Mistry, the process and the team support. I would recommend Mr Mistry to anyone who may require this type of surgery or other hand or wrist surgery.
I had two surgeries and multiple visits to Mr Mistry and he's team. All were very professional, Mr Mistry explained the procedures in good detail and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend.
Honestly, I can't recommend this doctor highly enough. I was absolutely petrified about having a mole removed from my face and was so worried about scarring, but from the very first appointment, he completely put me at ease. He was incredibly patient, kind, and caring. He took so much time to explain everything, gave me several options, answered every question, and never once made me feel rushed or silly. I've just had my stitches removed, and I honestly can't believe how amazing the scar already looks. He's done an incredible job, and I'm genuinely so thankful that I chose him. I also have to mention Maria, the nurse who worked alongside him. She was absolutely wonderful and brought such warmth and reassurance to the whole experience - holding my hand the entire way!! It's difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to him. His kindness, patience, and care meant so much to me, and I honestly wish there were a stronger way to express my appreciation. If you're feeling nervous or anxious, please trust me when I say you're in the very best hands.
My time at the spire hospital, was really amazing if you can say that, from time l was booked in to being discharged .Mr Mistry explained the procedure, l felt relaxed and at ease though out, so would like to thank the staff and Mr Mistry. Sharon E.
Very easy to get on with , gentle manner but would recommend Mr Mistry to any one , including nervous people like me
Mr Mistry is an exceptional Dr with a marvellous upbeat attitude that puts you at your ease. He remained informative throughout. The care was amazing from start to finish. Both my carpel tunnel ops were successful and i’m very pleased.
I recently had surgery at Spire Alexandra Hospital for the removal of a ganglion on my wrist, and my experience was nothing short of superb. From meeting Doctor Mistry, to checking in, to the attentive care provided by my nurse Andrew, and every member of staff I came into contact with, everyone made me feel supported and well cared for throughout the entire process. In a world where people can sometimes take things for granted, I wanted to take the time to express my sincere thanks to the whole team for the care, professionalism, and kindness shown to me before, during, and after my surgery. Please pass on my gratitude to everyone involved. Kind regards, Philippe L.
Mr Mistry could not have provided a more professional approach. He treated me in a manner that was with the upmost respect. He explained from the onset what my diagnosis meant and how he would treat it.Although my procedure was small in comparison to others he was nonetheless attentive and very focused on giving me a positive and relaxed experience that enabled an excellent outcome.i would not hesitate on recommending Mr Mistry and would hopefully be able to request him myself again if the need arose..
My experience with Mr Mistry was excellent, I found him to be very professional and reassuring throughout my treatment, everything that was promised he delivered on and gave good guidance regarding my aftercare, I am very satisfied with the outcome of my treatment, it was first class.
