I today attened my third colonoscopy, to be carried out by Dr.Rhys Hewett at RGH. Dr. Hewett is not only totally professional and a complete gentleman , who recognised me and remembered my previous procedures, but instantly put me at ease and explained everything , making sure I was relaxed , comfortable and assured that I was in the very capable hands of his whole team , that were assisting him. The procedure was painless and stressless and was completed in a short time. There was never any time where I was made to feel any sense of embarassment or being uncomfortable. I thank you , Dr. Hewett, once again! Please thank your colleagues and please know that you personally have made another potentially anxious and worrying situation as calming and as stress- free as possible, totally down to your kind nature and your absolute thorogh control of the procedure , from start to finish. You are a most talented doctor and a wonderfully kind natured man. Many , many thanks. Patrick H.

Dr Hewett listened to my extensive history with care and understanding, asking appropriate questions to clarify items. He made a clear plan of investigations that would help identify any potential diagnosis. I was very happy and reassured with the care I received during the appointment.
