Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable.

Thank you for this. I hope things can be improved for you!
Mr Phillips put me at ease from the moment we met. He explained what was going to happen and what I could expect. After the procedure, he explained thoroughly what took place and what I needed to do next. Thank you Mr Phillips.

Thank you. I know it was considered a 'minor procedure' but any surgery is a slight worry. Glad you felt more at ease.
My experience with Mr Phillips was fantastic, he made me feel so comfortable, heard and at ease.

Thank you for this feedback. I hope we can improve things for you.
Simon is truly an extraordinary doctor who goes above and beyond for his patients. From my very first appointment, he was attentive, empathetic, and genuinely took the time to listen to every single one of my concerns. Following a minor surgical procedure, I experienced unexpected complications and became quite ill. Simon came to check on me completely out of hours to ensure I was safe, and he immediately arranged for me to be transferred to the nearest hospital. Thanks to his quick action and coordination, I was admitted without any wait and cared for right away. I am so grateful for his exceptional care, dedication, and clinical expertise. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Thanks so much. Surgery isnt always plain sailing, and all surgeons know this (whether they post reviews or not!). I know it was a bit stressful until things turned the corner, but Im glad it all turned out well in the end.
Mr Phillips made me feel at ease from the initial consultation, when he listened to what I had to say about my symptoms and worries, to the sharing of results post procedure. His actions and manner were professional in the highest degree. He explained to me what I should expect from CT scan. In reporting findings he immediately put me at ease by saying the outcome of the scan was positive and went on to suggest next steps n order to find a solution to my problem. A true gentleman who is clearly knowledgable, professional, an expert in his field who is also very personable. Outstanding service.

Thank you for this. Receiving results can be nerve-racking, so Im glad this process was smooth for you. I hope everything settles down too.
Simon was an absolute gentleman and a pleasure to deal with I couldn't more thoroughly recommend him

Thank you for this, that's very kind. I hope it continues to go well for you.
The consultation with Mr Phillips gave the chance for a thorough overview of my current situation. He listened to me when I gave an overview of the difficulties with the setons and gave me a good summary of his recommended surgical solution as well as the logistical challenges due to some of my other health conditions. He was clear about the plan and timescales. While I would have liked to have been given a more exact (albeit proposed) date for surgery, I do understand why he was reluctant / unable to provide this. I appreciate the extra work that is going on in the background to bring other teams (such as haematology) to ensure the best outcome.

Many thanks- I understand the frustration when several pieces of the jigsaw need to be in place before surgery. Its important that we dont cut corners though!
First class, Mr Phillips was superb, very friendly and professional, explained everything in great detail to me and what to expect. I am very very pleased with my results.

That’s very kind of you. There are different choices for these common problems and choosing the right one requires some experience!
Excellent manners clearly explained everything

Thank you for this kind review!
Simple and professional, all questions answered

Thank you! I know it was frustrating to be referred on for treating gallstones, but hopefully you’ll be seen by my colleague soon.
Simon is an excellent colleague. He has high standards and is universally liked and respected by all of the staff. It is reassuring to know that there are still some clinicians like this round who practise excellent medicine.
