Mr Philips was sympathetic to ongoing issues with pain and the frustrations I’ve had in trying to get some relief and resolution to this. He always exudes a calm and confident manner. Whilst the solution is outside of his remit directly - I appreciate his input in referring me to a pain specialist who will be able to help resolve issues and in chasing their appointment up.
He was very clear and helpful, explaining the procedure and risks in a proportionate way. He came across as an obvious specialist in his field wanting to put patients first. I feel much calmer and much more informed about upcoming surgery now I have spoken with him.

Thank you for this. Endometriosis can be a condition that worries patients when 'the bowel' is discussed. Hopefully we put your mind at ease as much as possible, despite the prospect of undergoing surgery.
Very approachable explained everything very well Very professional throughout

Thank you for your comments, they are useful for the shorter NHS appointments that we can give.

I have been seeing Mr Phillips for many years, and I have always received excellent care. He is professional, knowledgeable, and always takes the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understand my treatment and options. He has a lovely manner and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease during appointments. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring and experienced clinician.

Thats very kind of you. Happy to help at any stage.
Very informative, providing well explained treatment plans and potential future treatment plans, mannerism is on point, and generic conversations goes with the flow, 10/10 appointment

Thank you for feeback. These problems can be a real nuisance so I hope it was helpful to meet someone who has seen them many times before!
