Mr Phillips’ manner put me at ease straight away. He was very easy to talk to. He listened and encouraged me to ask questions. He explained things clearly in a way I understood. He also gave me practical advice in dealing with my problem.

Thank you for your kind comments.
Mr Phillips was very welcoming and put me at ease to discuss the issue I had. He was far more engaging than my NHS GP had been to talk me through my options.

Many thanks- Im sure your GP knew their stuff, but it does give more time to talk things through in private appointments!
Very clear and easy to talk to, answered all of my questions and made me feel at ease

Many thanks- will be in touch soon
Excellent service mr Phillips very professional and explained exactly what my condition was, so very thankful and no surgery required 🤣😀

Thanks for this- it was nice to meet you both.
Procedures were explained fully and reasons why they may or may not be effective in my particular case. I was encouraged to take my time and choose what is best for me. I had opportunity to ask all the questions I wanted to and was made to feel at easy. I came out of the consultation feeling enlightened and far more knowledgeable than I went in. The consultant was patient , kind and considered my needs.

Thank you, thats very kind. Im glad you were more at ease having met.

Thank you. It was really helpful to meet in advance of surgery, and assess things carefully. It will make a diffrence to how the surgery is planned.
