Dr Ralph Mitchell is a dedicated General Practitioner (GP) with a passion for preventative healthcare. They are committed to providing personalised care to patients, focusing on their individual needs and health goals.

Dr Mitchell's approach centres around empowering patients to take control of their well-being. They believe in a holistic view of health, considering all aspects of a patient's lifestyle.

They are a member of the British Society of Lifestyle Medicine and hold a particular interest in the role of exercise in treating and preventing chronic diseases. Dr Mitchell is also a qualified instructor for the Pre-Hospital Immediate Care and Treatment of Injured Skiers (PHICIS) course.
