Rachel is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist specialising in shoulder and lower limb injuries, with a strong focus on movement rehabilitation and Pilates-based therapy.
Rachel graduated from King's College London in 2021 with a MSc in Physiotherapy, having previously completed a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation at St Mary's University Twickenham. She is Polestar Pilates qualified in both mat and equipment Pilates. Rachel is a member of the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists.
Rachel has worked in private practice since 2021 and has developed a particular interest in combining physiotherapy with Pilates-based rehabilitation. The Polestar Pilates approach has strongly influenced the way she understands and teaches movement, allowing her to help patients build strength, improve movement patterns, and return confidently to activity.
Rachel takes a holistic and patient-centred approach to treatment. She combines hands-on physiotherapy with targeted exercise-based rehabilitation to support recovery while also addressing the underlying causes of injury. She is passionate about helping patients not only recover from injury but also develop the tools needed to maintain long-term health and prevent recurrence.
Rachel’s passion for physiotherapy is closely linked to her lifelong involvement in sport. From the age of nine she competed in swimming competitions and represented Kent at a high level. More recently she has taken up running and completed the London Marathon in 2024. She continues to stay active through running, strength training and Pilates, and swimming which helps her relate to the challenges patients face when recovering from injury.
Rachel treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and has a particular interest in shoulder injuries and lower limb conditions, including running-related injuries. She has worked closely with leading London-based consultants to support patients through both conservative rehabilitation and post-operative recovery.
Her goal is always to help patients return to the activities they enjoy, whether that is sport, exercise, or everyday life.

I am seeing Rachel for rotator cuff tendinopathy, and she has been excellent! I came to physio unsure whether I would ever be able to get back into the swimming pool. I love competing in triathlons, but my shoulder pain had been stopping me from doing what I love. With Rachel’s excellent guidance, treatment and tailored exercises, I am now back in the pool! I can’t thank Rachel enough for all her help, support and encouragement throughout my recovery. I would highly recommend Rachel to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive and fantastic physiotherapist!
Rachel is a real professional which is evident in her teaching. Her classes are seamless and her manner is calm and encouraging. I didn’t know what to expect coming into a class that had been running for some time but I honestly felt welcomed into the group and look forward to my weekly sessions. The class is very structured but the fun element makes for an enjoyable time. I was always nervous about lifting weights since my diagnosis of osteoporosis and was desperately searching for a class where I could be monitored to ensure I was doing everything correctly. I now feel more confident with weights lifting and the safety of the equipment I am using. I can confidently apply everything I learn from Rachel’s classes to my sessions at the gym. I highly recommend Rachel’s sessions and am delighted to be part of her dedicated group.
I visited for neck pain and had acupuncture and massage, which gave me almost instant relief. I’m always really pleased with the outcomes of the sessions.
Rachel has been treating me very successfully for a number of years for a stiff neck and back which can result in headaches. During the latest visit I was treated with massage, acupuncture and advice on exercises to relieve my symptoms. Rachel is also very knowledgeable on strengthening exercises and recommends exercises for me to increase my bone density, vital for me. I always feel so much taller and relaxed after her visits. Rachel is very professional, knowledgable, friendly and supportive. My stiff neck and back would not be as good as they are without her treatment. I have no hesitation in recommending Rachel.
Rachel is extremely knowledgable and has a wonderful friendly and caring personality. I am learning a lot and my knees have improved immensely under her care.
I came in with a medial ligament strain in my knee that I was really worried about as I was in the middle of rugby season. Thanks to Rachel’s expertise and communication I was able to get back to playing the sport I love in no time.
Rachel was excellent. She really listened to me and made me confident in her to help fix my lower back pain!
I always look forward to my weekly sessions with Rachel. She is very knowledgeable and encouraging and always makes sure my form is perfect. I always leave feeling so much stronger. Thank you Rachel 🤗
Rachel undertook some tests to check improvement and flexibility before commencing treatment. Treatment this time involved deep tissue physio on my calf followed by acupuncture on my thigh muscle.
I always have a fantastic experience working with Rachael and attending her group sessions. She is very knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping me achieve my goals. Every session is well planned, challenging, and enjoyable. I’ve seen great improvements in my fitness and confidence, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for professional, supportive, and effective training.
